this app is so disappointing my 5 yr old daughter cried because it kept stopping and i lost my visit andi really needed to see my family you need to do better i lost my money also

Might aswellnot have it. Have both of the apps downloaded an i still cannot use video or audio on the chat. U end up logging in an out the whole visit trying to get it to work
Won't let me reset password ask me am I sure I want to reset password I answer yes and it does nothing very Frustrated that I can't make a vist. And there's no one to contact.
Wont allow use under wifi
It was working great until 3 weeks ago I stopped being able to hear my LO very well. He said they told him i needed to update the app i am not finding anything to update it's all saying it's up to date. Can anyone help?
Can't schedule visits I keep getting an error that page can't load.
